My "Ice Cubicle"

This was our annual decoration contest at work. I present the "Ice Cubicle"

The modest beginnings to the igloo using tent poles and some string.

Using all my printing cover sheets as ice cubes the ice cubicle is constructed

It was pretty cold in the cubicle so I made a fire.

Note: I won first place in the contest. Here is what my cubicle looks like now

I saw this the other day on my drive home from work. Two thing struck me when I saw this. First, that is some good advertising, I remember it. Second, I don't know if this message is really something that should be next to a school. Anyway, I wonder if Victoria Secrets will follow suit and put up some wholesome ads.

Looking through the London Eye

Camera: It's a konica minolta dimage X1 8.0 megapixle with anti-shake. I took this picture in London on the British Airways Millennium Wheel or London Eye. It was overcast which allowed for a great picture, shortly after it was taken it started to rain. It has some real depth and I was messing with the user settings to focus on the far pod in the picture. This image captures a couple isolated pods which stuck me as an interesting little microcosm. Each pod has its own set of people and one can conjure up stories for each group. Eventually this will be one of those few digital pictures that I make a photograph by printing out. I just like to look at it.

I had some fun with facebook and this is what I came up with, all my "friends". It is pretty cool, I find that profile pictures at least in my opinion try to tell something about what is going on in someone’s life and by capturing all of these ideas into one large picture is unique and as people change pictures I think I will try to capture them again. I shall deem it "Life Art" or even better "Face Art"

So OSU decided to start a competition to see who went to the most sporting events here at OSU. So to follow up with the Sports Mission, my roommate Tj and I blew the competition out of the water and went to almost twice as many events as any other student at OSU. The news media got involved and we got a little tv time. Here are the final point standings.
